Like volume 1,slow and elegiac guitar improvisations with a slightly more shimmering abstract feel than the previous recording and more disquieting too,for me...I really like the way Connors lets his pieces 'breathe': giving them space and air to develop. He trusts the process of playing rather than the result,I think,so texture is more important than polish. I am drawn to that particular creative equation. His work is 'slow burn' and needs equal time and attention to really appreciate the depth of field he creates.
